BIG ADVENTURES · JUST FOR LAUGHS
The Cat in the Hat.
A magical visitor takes an imagination assignment much too far.
Gabby and Sebastian are struggling to settle into a new town when an unpredictable visitor arrives with a very unusual hat. Sent to cheer the siblings up, the Cat turns a difficult day into an elaborate adventure. His talent for invention brings surprises and trouble in equal measure, and another failed assignment could cost him the magic that makes it all possible.
Why it’s a little special
An animated Dr. Seuss adventure built around imagination, sibling adjustment and the chaos of an overconfident helper.
BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAY
Know the story.
Know your little people.
The official US PG rating cites action, some peril, mild language and rude humor. Expect frantic fantasy mishaps and threatened consequences as well as jokes about misbehavior. Moving to a new town and feeling out of place are central concerns for the children.
Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
