BIG ADVENTURES · JUST FOR LAUGHS
Tad and the Magic Lamp.
A magical wish sends Tad and his friends racing through history.
Tad and Sara are raising their young daughter when their old friend Mummy begins to resent being overlooked. A wish made with a magical lamp sends Mummy into the past, putting more than the group’s holiday at risk. Tad, Sara and their companions travel across ancient places and unfamiliar eras to stop him from changing history and to find a way home together.
Why it’s a little special
A comic adventure that mixes globe-trotting fantasy with a story about jealousy, friendship and making room for a changing family.
BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAY
Know the story.
Know your little people.
The official US PG rating cites action, rude humor and brief language. Expect animated chases, magical danger and jokes about bodily functions or bad behavior. A friend’s jealousy and the risk of losing the family’s future add emotional stakes; historical settings are presented as fantasy adventure.
Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
