Watch the official trailer ↗Why it’s a little special
A hands-on survival fantasy full of elaborate inventions and a tree house worth imagining. Best for viewers who enjoy a slower adventure with large practical set pieces.
BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAY
Know the story.
Know your little people.
Animal capture and fights, pirates, guns and a violent defense of the island. Some animals visibly struggle, and the film includes dated colonial assumptions and cultural portrayals.
Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
