Why it’s a little special

The familiar playground friendships work well in a larger mystery. Its best joke is letting children and school staff discover that they share an enemy.

General audiences

US film rating

Adults threaten and restrain children, with fights, chases and an elaborate weapon. Some name-calling and mild rude humor accompany the exaggerated school conspiracy.

Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
