BIG ADVENTURES · BIG FEELINGS
Thabo and the Rhino Case.
A young detective takes on a case that matters to his whole community.
Thabo dreams of becoming a detective, but his quiet home near a wildlife reserve offers few mysteries. When poachers kill a rhino and suspicion falls on his uncle, Thabo teams up with his friends and a visiting girl to investigate. Caring for an orphaned calf becomes part of a case that puts their courage and loyalty to the test.
Why it’s a little special
A children's mystery that connects clue-finding and friendship with the consequences of wildlife trafficking.
BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAY
Know the story.
Know your little people.
The US PG rating cites thematic material, mild violence, language, a suggestive reference and brief smoking. A rhino is killed for its horn, a baby animal loses its mother, and children encounter dangerous poachers. Animal death, threats and unfair suspicion may need discussion even though the story centers on young detectives.
Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
