Why it’s a little special

A short, visually imaginative story about kindness to an outsider. The mother-child bond gives its small hero emotional weight beyond the circus spectacle.

General audiences

US film rating

Bullying, animal mistreatment and a painful separation from a mother. Accidental intoxication produces surreal hallucinations; the crow characters include dated racial stereotypes.

Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
