Toy Story 2
100%TomatometerSome things are too good to shelve.
Two siblings find friendship on the long journey to a new home.
Irish siblings Tom and Mary arrive in New York in 1886 and set out to find their uncle in the American West. A cross-country train journey brings them together with Nick, a child who uses a wheelchair, as new friendships and encounters with outlaws complicate their search for a home.
A lively journey built around friendship, belonging and including a child with disabilities as an active member of the group.
The US PG rating cites action, violence, some language, rude humor and thematic elements. The children are orphans, and chases, outlaws and threats create peril. The historical setting offers a chance to discuss how adventure stories portray the American West and its communities.
