BIG ADVENTURES · BIG FEELINGS
A Cat's Life.
A city kitten discovers a much bigger world beyond the garden.
Clémence adopts a kitten in Paris and takes him along on a family trip to the countryside. The woods offer tempting new sounds, smells and animal companions, but also dangers the little cat has never faced. As he becomes more independent, Clémence learns that caring for an animal involves change as well as companionship.
Why it’s a little special
Animal-level photography lets a small journey feel enormous, while the human story considers attachment, growing up and letting go.

Know the story.
Know your little people.
The US PG rating cites thematic material, some peril and language. Animals face predators and other hazards, and scenes involving injury, loss or separation may upset young cat lovers. Family tensions add emotional weight. The original is in French, with English-dubbed editions available; check the selected service's audio options.
Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
