BIG FEELINGS
The Senior.
One unfinished season brings a man back to college football.
At fifty-nine, Mike Flynt decides to return to the college football program he left almost forty years earlier. Training beside players young enough to be his sons tests his fitness and determination, while his comeback also forces him to confront old mistakes and strained family relationships. The drama follows his effort to finish a chapter he has never put behind him.
Why it’s a little special
An unusual sports comeback story about second chances, accountability and the difference between proving yourself and making peace with your past.
BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAY
Know the story.
Know your little people.
The US PG rating cites thematic content, violence, language and a suggestive reference. Football involves hard tackles and injuries, while family conflict and memories of past violence give the story emotional weight. Expect mild swearing and references to drugs and adult behavior.
Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
