Why it’s a little special

Kurt Russell's bewildered student keeps the gadget premise friendly. The quiz-show setup and oversized computers make an entertaining look at an earlier idea of digital intelligence.

General audiences

US film rating

An electrical accident, kidnapping, gambling and criminal threats. Chases and slapstick injuries accompany the comedy, with some dated college and gender stereotypes.

Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
