✳ JUST FOR LAUGHS · BIG FEELINGS
Shrek 2.
Meeting the family is an adventure.
Shrek and Fiona visit her royal parents, whose expectations do not include an ogre son-in-law. A scheming Fairy Godmother and a charming feline swordsman complicate an already awkward family reunion.
View film information ↗Why it’s a little special
A particularly lively sequel, with sharp comic timing and a spectacular musical finale. The family tension gives the silliness something to work against.
BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAY
Know the story.
Know your little people.
Suggestive jokes, mild language, potions, weapons and comic threats. Appearance-based prejudice and pressure to change a partner drive the plot.
Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
