BIG FEELINGS · JUST FOR LAUGHS
Christmas Karma.
Three spirits have a new appointment.
On Christmas Eve, hard-hearted businessman Mr. Sood receives visits that force him to reconsider his life. This musical retelling of A Christmas Carol moves Dickens's story into contemporary London and an immigrant family's history.
Why it’s a little special
A familiar Christmas story gains lively music and a different cultural perspective.
BEFORE YOU PRESS PLAY
Know the story.
Know your little people.
Ghosts, frightening visions, violence and painful memories feature alongside language and suggestive references. Themes of prejudice, grief and poverty make some passages considerably heavier than the musical numbers.
Our notes are a starting point, not an age recommendation. G and PG films can still include intense moments. You know your family best.
